Catholic Schools Week
January 29 - February 5, 2012
Faith. Academics. Service.

This year the focus is on three priorities that Catholic schools establish that make them stand out from other educational institutions. Children are taugh faith - not just the basics of Christianity, buy how to have a relationship with God.  Academics, which in Catholic schools are held to very high standards, help each child reach his or her potential.  Service, the giving of one's time and effort to help others, is taught both as an expression of faith and good citizenship.

2012 highlights 25 years of Celebrating Catholic Schools Week.  The Celebration of Catholic Schools is an annual banquet honoring outstanding individuals whose service, dedication and generosity have impacted the lives of students in the diocesan schools. Honorees are chosen from each school community.

St Mary's School is proud to recognize Mr. Rudy Hess as our 2012 Honoree!
